Project Update
Indigenous Circular Lodge
The Indigenous Circular Lodge is taking shape on Level 2, with interior framing and drywall installation underway throughout the space. Thoughtfully designed as the cultural heart of Ādisōke, the space will be a circle representative of connection, culture, and community.
Developed in collaboration with Anishinābe Algonquin Elders, as well as members of Kitigan Zibi Anishinābeg First Nation and the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation, the lodge is a gathering place where stories unfold, cultures thrive, and connections deepen. Learn more about how this space is rooted in tradition.

Health and Safety
At Ādisōke, we prioritize both physical and mental well-being by creating a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace. We do this through open communication, ongoing training, proactive safety practices, mental health awareness, and encouraging our team to look out for one another.
This month, we recognized Safety and Health Week and Canadian Mental Health Week from May 4 to 10.
Launched for the 2026 construction season, the Construction Safety Campaign: Respect. Patience. Safety for All, helps raise awareness and reinforce safety for the public, our workforce and our contractors. The campaign promotes empathy, mutual respect and shared responsibility to help keep everyone safe in and around construction zones.
Safety is more than a policy — it’s a commitment to protecting both the physical and mental well-being of every person on our team. Together, we create a workplace built on respect, support, and shared responsibility.
