Ādisōke Winter 2025 Update

Inside and out, Ādisōke is coming together
Over the cold winter months, crews pushed ahead to make sure Ādisōke looked great, inside and out.

We saw the final installation of all the windows around the new year, marking an important step for the exterior of the building. Crews also continued to install more stonework on the walls as much of the scaffolding came down, revealing the beautiful exterior.

On the inside, framing and masonry have kicked off to give each individual space its own look and feel. Another milestone was achieved in February, as the structural glass wall on the fourth floor was installed. We can’t wait to share this with you once Ādisōke opens.

Upcoming work

Over the spring, the contractor will forge ahead getting all the insulation, sheathing, and stonework installed until the building is fully enclosed.

Utility work, including electrical and plumbing, will continue to progress as the team coordinates the future telecom connections with local providers. Interior framing and drywalling are well underway and will continue to progress as each space starts to take shape. Lighting will be installed throughout the facility, which is expected to further enhance the look of the atrium millwork.
